In our studio we offer a diversity of classes with a focus on international (Indian dance & Zumba) dances, yoga and pilates. While each sport is distinct, they all share common principles of movement, mindfulness, and body awareness. Our dance sessions provide an excellent cardiovascular exercise, and the Pilates & yoga classes are excellent to develop strength and flexibility. Integrating elements from dance, yoga, and Pilates in the daily routine can provide a well-rounded approach to physical and mental health.
